This workshop targets Arabic-speaking men and women residing in the Netherlands. It seeks to enhance understanding, build effective citizenship strategies, and propose practical mechanisms to confront hate speech and promote coexistence and understanding in Dutch society.
Workshop objectives
· Provide a space for discussion about the concept of citizenship for Arab communities.
· Explore identity issues and integration challenges in new societies.
· Promote dialogue about hate speech and how to confront it through active citizenship.
· Develop collaborative strategies and projects that promote coexistence and understanding
